Hi, I'm Lisa.

I'm a self-care strategist for women business owners. I guide women who are tired of running on empty back to their truest selves, through the inner shift from self-abandonment to deep alignment.

My approach is energy first, not output first. We move with steadiness, not pressure. The work is real, and so are the results: reclaimed energy, boundaries that actually hold, and the clarity to lead your life and your business on your own terms.
