I began my career as an Occupational Therapist, then built a thriving wellness practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist focused on pain and stress reduction.
Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern in my clients, and honestly, in myself: Stress isn't just a busy schedule. It's what happens when we overfunction, stay constantly available, and ignore the limits our bodies have been quietly communicating for years.
That observation changed everything about how I work. Today, as a Certified Positive Psychology Master Coach, I blend grounded boundary work with practical energy management and nervous system support.
