My work is shaped by a blend of clinical training and hands-on experience. I started my career as an Occupational Therapist, then became a Licensed Massage Therapist and built a thriving wellness practice focused on pain and stress reduction.
Over time, I observed the same pattern: stress isn’t just a busy schedule; it’s what happens when we overfunction, remain constantly available, and ignore the limits our bodies have been trying to communicate.
I’m a Certified Positive Psychology Master Coach, and today I blend grounded boundary work with practical energy management and nervous-system support. My style is direct, compassionate, and real.
