My work grew from experience, not theory. After years in healthcare and running a busy wellness practice, I found myself saying yes to everything until the hustle caught up with me. What looked like failure became my greatest teacher, shaping how I guide others today.

As a Positive Psychology Master Coach, StressMaster Associate, and former Occupational Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring more than two decades of experience in health and mindset to my coaching.
